Obituary of Jean S. Thompson

THOMPSON, JEAN 58 Summerfield - Jean "Miss Jeannie" Thompson, 58, died May 22, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Orbisonia, Pennsylvania and moved to this area in 1961. She was the owner of Jennies Child Care, number one in the nation of top rated day cares several years running. She was also a licensed paramedic. A devoted mother, grandmother and sister, Miss Jeannie is survived by her husband Larry; sons Larry and Bobby; daughter Latisha; sister, Joan; Lucas and eight other grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Friday, May 28, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Belleview, 6107 SE Agnew Road with Rev. Doug Green officiating. Interment will follow at Belleview Cemetery.
