Obituary of Cleo Godsey

GODSEY, CLEO M. Orange Lake â€" Cleo M. Godsey, 85, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She was born in Whitley County, KY and moved to Orange Lake 25 years ago from Belle Glade, FL. She was a member of Orange Lake Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing, reading and being a grandmother. She is survived by her children, Betty Bair and husband Wayne of O’Brien, R.L. Godsey and wife Frankie of Avon Park, Bonnie Gilliam and husband Carl and Lois Liverman and husband Murrel, both of Orange Lake, her sisters, Lillie Hamblin of Roswell, GA and Ethel Fay Lawson of Indianapolis, IN, her brothers, Samuel L. Bowman of Williamsburg, KY and William Elisha Bowman of Indianapolis, IN, her eleven grandchildren and her twenty three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Godsey.
