Obituary of Ronald James Swetz

Ronald James Swetz, 63 of Chiefland passed away Feb. 17, 2009 in Gainesville. He was born in New York City to Joseph & Helen Swetz. He proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He worked 30 years for Lucent Technologies as Senior Wire Mechanic. He was a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his brother and sister in law, Joseph A. & Barbara Swetz of Chiefland; nephew Joseph A. Swetz, Jr of Bolton, CT and several other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be Friday, Feb. 20, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services in Chiefland with Father Joe McDonnell officiating.
