Obituary of Thomas Pinder

PINDER, Thomas B. "Tommy" Mr. Thomas B. "Tommy" Pinder, 40, of Ocala, died Thursday, February 26, 2009, at Ocala Regional Medical Center. A native of Coral Gables, Florida, he moved to this area 28 years ago. Tommy was the owner of Champion Pest Management. He was a graduate of Forest High School, an avid Gator fan, loved traveling to Spanish Wells in the Bahamas, boating, fishing, and raising cattle. He was a member of the Marion County Builders Association and the Church @ The Springs. His survivors include his wife Susan Pinder, son Tim Pinder, Ocala, step-daughters Sarah Wiley, Ocala, and Jennifer Wiley of Huntington Beach, Ca., his parents Ted and Judy Pinder, Ocala, and his brother Steve Pinder of Belleview. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday, March 2, 2009, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, with Rev. Samuel W. Clements officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 on Sunday. Memorial contributions may be made to Interfaith Emergency Services or the Marion County Humane Society.
