Obituary of Jewell Williford

Jewell P. Williford, age 89, of Salt Springs, FL passed away on Friday, June 12, 2009. She was born in Barian, GA on August 13, 1919 and moved to Florida with her family in 1940. Mrs. Williford was a member of First Baptist Church of Salt Springs. She was an artist and loved to paint. Mrs. Williford is survived by her husband of Marcus B. Williford; son Lee Gruthrie and his wife Joann; daughter Pattye Taylor and her husband Ben; son Sheldon Atkins and his wife Vickie; son Gary Atkins; daughter Robin Joseph and her husband Troy; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2009, 10:00am at First Baptist Church of Salt Springs. Her cremains will be placed at Baptist Church Cemetery in Salt Springs. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First Baptist Church of Salt Springs.
