Obituary of Vivian Ann Goodyear

Vivian Ann Goodyear, 83, passed peacefully after a long illness at Tuscany Hospice House, Summerfield, on June 30, 2009. She was born April 20, 1926. Her parents were Martha and Warren Goodyear of Ocala, where she was raised and graduated from Ocala schools. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stetson University and was a teacher for 35 years at Greenville and South Ocala Elementary Schools. She was a dedicated member of the Ocklawaha Methodist Church. She is survived by her sister, Louise Boyer, Ocklawaha; brother, Ed Goodyear, Lake Placid, FL; two nieces and one nephew, and several cousins and grand nieces and nephews. Arrangements are under the direction of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Belleview.
