Obituary of Irma Rose

Irma Rose passed away peacefully with her son at her side on Thursday, July 23rd, 2009 at the Hospice of Marion County Tuscany House. Irma was a member of the Our Lady of the Springs Church in Ocala. She was preceded in death by her husband Keith Rose and her son Mark Rose of Ocala. She is survived by her son Todd Rose, his spouse Kathleen and three grandchildren, Jacqueline, Keith, and Blake Rose, all from California. She was the last surviving, and the youngest of ten children and is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Irma was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. She worked for years as a bookkeeper for her husband's industrial contracting company, and then as a clerk for the Post Office in Trenton, MI. She moved to Florida from Michigan after seeing her sons through college. She enjoyed her Church, gardening, dancing and was a member of the Marion County Rose Society.
