Obituary of Roger Allen Riker

Roger Riker, 74 of Chiefland, passed away August 27, 2009 in Gainesville. Born in New York he moved to this area 30 years ago. He was a used car salesman and enjoyed camping. He is survived by his wife, Frances Riker of Chiefland, daughters Jennifer (Travis) Smith of Trenton, FL, Michelle Gaskin of Kissimmee, FL, Glorianna (Daniel) Cherry of Cross City, FL, April McCraney of Crystal River, FL, son Mellis (Ruth) Henninger of Chiefland, FL, brothers John Riker and Reggie Riker, both of New York, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Memorial services will be held Wed. Sept 2, 2009 at 10:30 AM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services with Dr. Robert Trask officiating.
