Obituary of Roland Phillip Kinney

Phil Kinney, 57 of Trenton, passed away Oct 19, 2009 at his home. Born in Atlanta, GA, he worked in Chiefland at Advanced Auto as parts pro. He was a drummer of 40 years and enjoyed photo finishing and auto mechanics. He flew hot air balloons, was a Coast Guard Auxiliary, and a member of the Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Mary Kinney of Trenton, his mother, Mary Frances Jolley of Fanning Springs, FL, daughters Threse Caldwell of Ocala, FL and Laura Kinney of Alabama, son Ray Patrick Carbone of Ocala, FL and step son, John Reid of Ocala, FL., and his great granddaughter, Gabrielle 'Gabby'Caldwell of Ocala, FL. He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond I. Kinney, brother, Michael Kinney, and his granddaughter, Alexandria Carbone. Funeral services in Florida will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1301 N. Young Blvd on Wednesday, Oct 21, 2009, at 7:00 PM with Rev Carl F. Rainear officiating. Visitation will begin at 5:30. Funeral Servcices in Georgia will be Friday, Oct. 23, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Union Hill Methodist church in Union Hill, GA with burial following in the Union Hill Cemtery.Arrangements are under the care of Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1301 N.
