Obituary of John Weydig

John Weydig 85, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Mr. Weydig was born in Elmhurst, Queens, New York and moved to The Villages from Croton Falls, New York in 2007. He was the Owner/Operator of Weydig T.V. & Appliance in Croton Falls, New York; member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brewster, New York; Church Council; and Croton Falls Volunteer Fire Department. Hobbies include, Freshwater and Deep Sea fishing and boating. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Anne E. Weydig; one son, Karl (Phyllis)Weydig, Courtlandt-Manor, NY; three daughters, Betteanne (Robert) Visnovsky, Ponte Verde, FL; Lisa (Mitchell) Cutler, Croton Falls, NY; Kathy (Joel) Weydig-Silverstein, Lake Havaus City, AZ; Three sisters,Clara Hasen, Merrick, NY; Theresa Smith, Amityville, NY; Irene Shearer, Fredericksburg, VA; one brother Franklin Weydig, Mahopac, NY; and seven grandchildren.
