Obituary of Myrl Menard

MENARD, Myrl L. Mrs. Myrl L. Menard, 77, of Ocala, died Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at Sylvia's Hospice House. A native of Harland, Wisconsin, she moved to the Ocala area in 1988, coming here from Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. She previously owned a camera/photo shop before moving to Ocala, and was active in the Ocala Civic Theater. Mrs. Menard was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband Maurice, her two daughters Joy Hay of Kansasville, WI, and Jill Jons of Silver Lake, Ohio, her son Mark Herro, Bryan, Texas, her sister Margaret Brown, Hartland, WI, and her 2 grandchildren Jacob and Jared Hay. A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 AM Saturday, January 16, 2010, at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Ocala, with Father Pat Sheedy officiating. Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala, is handling arrangements.
