Obituary of Clarence Slim Prichard

Prichard, Slim Clarence, age 88, of The Villages, passed away at The Villages Regional Hospital on January 7, 2010. He was born in Clay City, Illinois, and was a veteran serving in WWII with the Army 8th Air Force. Slim was a retired pipeline construction foreman, and he living in Noble, IL before moving to central Fl in 1982. He was a member of the American Legion Post #30, Olney, Il; the VFW in Olney, Il for 64 years, and he served as President of both Olney Lions Club and Noble School Board. Slim was an avid Chicago Cubs fan, a dominating softball pitcher, and he enjoyed quail hunting, bowling, and golf. He is survived by Nevada Prichard, wife, The Villages, FL; Ed Prichard, son, The Villages, FL; two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
