Obituary of Chester Hugh Stevenson

Citra - Chester Hugh Stevenson, 75, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010. He was born in Micanopy and had lived most of his lifetime in Marion County. He was a disabled veteran and served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Army. He loved reading, fishing and history. He is survived by his loving wife, Lee Ann Stevenson of Citra, his daughters, Mary Lee Andrewskiewicz of Citra and Katrina (Marc) Krider of Salt Springs, his sons, Randy (Jane) Stevenson of Old Town, Dennis (Linda) Stevenson of Belleview and Tracy (Jackie) Stevenson of Colorado, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and his brother, W.R. Stevenson. He was preceded in death by his sister, Myrtle. Visitation will be Monday from 6-8 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala with funeral services to be held on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery will military honors.
