Obituary of Henry Walter Ray

Born in Brooklyn, NY, on May 22, 1933, died May 18, 2010 in The Villages, FL. at the age of 76 years. Mr. Ray proudly served our country during the Korean Conflict as a submariner in the US Navy. Henry passed away in his sleep and is now with the Lord and Maureen, his beloved wife of 53 years. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and is survived by his children, Bill, Tom and Renee; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Nicole, Lauren and Cassandra. An avid outdoorsman, Henry enjoyed golf, pickleball, shooting, and numerous club activities in The Villages. He was a frequent volunteer at the local hospice. Memorial mass will be held Friday, May 28, 2010 at 8:30 AM, at St. Timothy Catholic Community, Lady Lake, FL. Inurnment will take place at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
