Obituary of Myrl Bell Richburg

Myrl Bell Richburg, 91, of Chiefland, passed away Dec. 8, 2010 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. She was born in Cross City on April 27, 1919 to James and Annie Sheffield. She spent her lifetime in the Tri County area and was a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Richburg was owner of Richburg Seafood Restaurant in Cedar Key. She was a Christian, loving mother, grandmother and wife. Her hobbies were gardening and crocheting. She is survived by her grandsons, Preston (Joanne) Richburg of Chiefland, Tracy (Kimberley) Richburg of Newberry and granddaughter Glenda Richburg of Cedar Key, 7 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Richburg, sons Gary and Bobby Richburg and grandsons Grant and Nelson Richburg. Graveside services will be Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Cedar Key Cemetery. Visitation will be Sat. Dec. 11 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
