Obituary of Bob Clark

Clark, Bob Ocala, Florida - Bob Clark, 84, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at his home in the company of his family. Bob was Born in Ashington, England in 1926, In his youth, he served in the Royal Artillery Division of England as a Gunner. After leaving the service, Bob traveled and lived in many places around the world, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and eventually the United States. Bob was united in marriage to his wife Margaret in 1953 in Blyth England and the couple moved to Southern California where they lived for 18 years. They eventually settled in Chappell, Nebraska where they raised their family and lived for over 26 years. While living in Chappell, Bob worked for Leprino Foods for 25 years before finally retiring in 1995 and moving to Ocala in 1996. Bob enjoyed traveling, camping, swimming, cycling, walking, gardening and playing tennis. He is survived by his wife Margaret Clark of Ocala; son Robert Clark and wife Diane of Sidney, NE; daughter Barbara Manning and husband Alan of Overland Park, KS; son Christopher Clark of Scottsdale, AZ; and three grandchildren, Ryan, Autumn, and Maggie Manning of Overland Park, KS. A memorial service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services - TimberRidge Chapel, 9695 SW 110th Street; followed by a celebration of life ceremony at the Ocala Palms Clubroom.
