Obituary of Calogero Migliara

Calogero "Charlie" Migliara, age 82, of Ocala, FL passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2011. He was born in Sicily on November 12, 1928. He moved to New York in 1966 and then to Florida in 1974. In New York he worked as a Presser in the Garment industry. In Ocala he owned/operated Ciccio's Pizza for 26 years. He was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church in Ocala. He is survived by a son Salvatore Migliara of Atlantic City, NJ; son Epifanio Migliara of Ocala, FL; 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Angelina Migliara who passed away in 2005. A visitation will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 W. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL on Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm with a prayer service at 4:00pm. A funeral mass will be held at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, 5 SE 17th Street, Ocala, FL on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 11:00am. Entombment will take place at Highland Memorial Park Mausoleum, Ocala, FL.
