Obituary of David Collins

Collins, Sr., David William, 76. David William Collins was called from this life on February 24, 2011. Mr. Collins was a Regional Field Mgr. with Schindler Elevator Company. He was a member of St. Theresa's Catholic Church where he was a lector. He was a member of the Little Theatre Group of Oak Run; and Way Off Broadway where he was a past President and V.P. He was also a member of the Pittsburg Club of Dunnellon and a member of St. Jude's Choir. Mr. Collins is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Eleanor "Ebbies" Collins, sons David William Collins, Jr. Ocala, FL,, Timothy Charles Collins, Clarkston, MI and Dean Patrick Collins of Naples, FL; brother Charles Collins of Little Washington, PA, and sister Margaret Stallones of Tomball, TX and 2 grandsons Ryan and Zach, 1 granddaughter Maggie. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Shane Timothy Collins. Funeral Mass will be at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 11528 South US Hwy 301, Belleview, FL on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 11:00AM at with Father David Vivero officiating. Military Honors will be provided at 2:30 PM by Angela Santos Post #4781 VFW at Florida National Cemetery
