Obituary of William I. Taylor

William I. Taylor, of Silver Springs, left this earth to be with his heavenly Father on Thursday, March 24th, 2011. He was born December 20th, 1925 and proudly served our country in World War II and the Korean Conflict. He was married to Stella Mae Taylor and they lived in Silver Springs for over 30 years. He was a long time employee of Manning Building Materials and a member of the congregation of the First Baptist Church of Silver Springs. He is survived by his wife Stella, his daughter Judy, his son Mike, his sister Sybil, stepdaughters Gail, Ann & Ronda, many, many friends and his church family. He was affectionately known as our "Billy-Bob" to many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Viewing and visitation planned for Sunday, March 27th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, with a funeral service on Monday, March 28th at 9:00 AM. Viewing and funeral will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services in Ocala, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL.
