Obituary of Ronald J. Schettino

Ronald J. Schettino, 70, The Villages, FL, formerly of Broward County, passed away, Tuesday, May 31, 2011. He retired from the Broward County Sherriff's Department and moved to The Villages in 2004. Mr. Schettino, was State Director of the Khoury League Youth Baseball and long time baseball coach. He was the loving husband to his wife, Suzanne, of 50 years, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend to all. Daughters, Theresa Montgomery, Tracey Stringos; sons, Thomas, Todd; grandchildren, Nicole, Alexandra, Christopher, Nicholas, Anthony, Samantha, Sean, Frank, Jillian, George; great grandson, Dominic; loving daughter-in-laws, Diane and Dana; son-in-law, George. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, June 3, 2011 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd., The Villages, FL 32159.
