Obituary of Betty Redding Woods

WOODS, Betty Redding Mrs. Betty Redding Woods, 81, of Ocala, died Friday, June 3, 2011, at Tuscany Hospice House. The daughter of Ralph and Josephine Redding, she was a native and lifelong resident of Ocala. She was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church. She is survived by her 5 sons, Charles (Deborah), Robin (Charlotte), Richard (Candi) Ronald (Barbara), and Billy (Micki); 16 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband C.G. Woods. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. Interment will follow in Barnes Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Central Baptist Church Missionary Fund.
