Obituary of Carol Faulkner Lord

Carol Faulkner Lord passed away at North Florida Rehab & Specialty Care in Gainesville on June 15, 2011 which was her 74th birthday. Born in Miami, FL she moved to this area from Gainesville in 1967. She was a member of the Fanning Springs Community Church. Mrs. Lord was homemaker and enjoyed puzzles, playing the piano, reading and attending church. She served the Lord with great enthusiasm for many years. She is survived by her son, Randall Harrison of Fanning Springs, daughters Deide (Keenan) Ellison of Ft. Bragg, NC, Donna (Rick) Spivey of Salt Lake City. UT, brothers Joe Faulkner of Mesa, AZ, Wayne Faulkner of Hernando, FL, sisters Renie Castleman of Baton Rouge, LA, Doris Hill of Gainesville, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. She is preceded in death by her son, Robert Harrison and a sister, Laura Mae Cook. Graveside services will be Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Newnansville Alachua Cemetery in Alachua County with Pastor David Jones officiating.
