Obituary of Gretchen S. DeLeo

Gretchen S. De Leo, 60, passed away unexpectedly on June 14, 2011. She was born November 11, 1950, in Marion, Indiana, daughter of Betty Ruth and R. James Leech. She married Joseph S. De Leo on August 26, 2000. She graduated from Marion High School in 1969. She was the manager of Leisure Living Furniture in Fruitland Park, FL. She is survived by her husband, Joe De Leo of Ocala, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Zachary and Stephanie Stevens, Lafayette, CA; daughters Nicole Partee of New York and Kaylee De Leo of Jacksonville; her parents, Jim and Betty Leech of The Villages, FL; brother and sister-in-law, Nathan and Mary Leech, The Villages, FL; brother and sister-in-law, M. Jay and Jane Leech of Sabastopol, CA. A memorial service will be held at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 1511 Buenos Aires Blvd, The Villages at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2011. A gathering of family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Marion County Children's Alliance.
