Obituary of Andrew McDonald Neil

SUMMERFIELD — Andrew "Scotty" Neil, 69, died Monday, Aug. 29, 2011. Mr. Neil was born in Cambuslang Glasglow, Scotland, and moved to The Villages from Wolcott, Conn., in 2005. He was retired from his foreign and domestic auto repair shop in 2004 and enjoyed boating, fishing and motorcycling. Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; daughters Heather Neil, Summerfield, Sharon Foord, Ontario, Canada; son, David Brittion, Alberta, Canada; and four grandchildren. Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 4, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, The Villages.
