Obituary of Preston R. Shealy

SHEALY, Preston R. "Pres" Mr. Preston R. "Pres" Shealy, 62, of Ocala, died Thursday, March 07, 2013, at his residence. Mr. Shealy was a native and life-long resident of Ocala. He was a 1968 graduate of Ocala High School, and upon his father's retirement, took over the operation of Reuel B. Shealy Masonry, Inc. He is survived by his 3 sons Sterling, Jason, and Jared Shealy, his daughter Kimberly Hayworth, his father Reuel B. Shealy, his sister Marie Tillis, and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother Evelyn Shealy. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 9, 2013, from 5-7 PM, at Hiers- Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 2 PM Sunday March 10, with Chaplain David Butts officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memorial Park.
