Obituary of Kenneth C. Buck

Kenneth C. “Ken” Buck, 95, of Ocala, FL, passed away on Saturday, September 22, 2018.  Ken was born in Milton Plantation, Maine to Clinton and Mildred Buck.  He moved to Ocala in 1985 from Bethel, Maine.  Ken worked at Boise Cascade Paper Mill in Rumford, Maine until his retirement in 1981.  A military veteran, he served in the US Army during WWII in Europe and participated in the Battle of the Bulge.  He was a carpenter and built three of his own homes, as well as furniture and accessories.

 

Ken is survived by his wife of 72 years, Margaret B. Buck of Ocala, two sons; Brian Buck of Mechanic Falls, Maine and Dale (Jeanine) Buck of Bethel, Maine, 4 grandchildren; Erica, Leslie, Erin, and Heather, and 4 great grandchildren; Evan, Megan, Zoe, and Tyler.
