Obituary of Melvin Richard Kitchen

M. Richard Kitchen, age 82, of Ocala, Florida, went peacefully to be with the Lord on May 2, 2018.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 47 years, Louise; children Richard Kitchen; Bryan Kitchen; Brenda Johnson (Mike); Trent Kitchen; Tina Pratt and Shemaine Rogers; 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Oneida Kitchen and siblings, Edward, Martha, Melva, Virginia, Jack, Betty and Lynn.

Richard was born in Berwick, PA on July 24, 1935.  He was a tile setter by trade, and retired in 2010 after 60 years. Richard and Louise relocated back to Florida after a few years in Arkansas.  He will always be remembered by his love for his Lord and his family and his endless source of knowledge, advice and support.
