Obituary of Judith Adkins

ADKINS, JUDITH ANN Ocala - Judith Ann Adkins, 72, passed away on Oct. 21, 2008 at Munroe Regional Medical Center. She was born in Columbus, OH and moved from there to Ocala in 1999. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ocala and a member of a Bible Study Group in her housing community. She enjoyed reading, puzzles and eating out. Her survivors include her husband of 51 years and two months, Frank L. Adkins of Ocala, her sister, Sue Thomas and husband John of Columbus, OH, her niece, Stacey Thomas and her nephews, Ron and Dale Thomas, all of Columbus, OH, her brother-in-law, James E. Adkins of Huntington, WV, her nephews, Michael James, Douglas and Roger Adkins, all of Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be held on Monday, Oct. 27, 2008 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Ocala with Dr. Mark Cummins officiating. Burial will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Visitation will be Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008 from 2-4 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Gideon International.
