Obituary of Mary Pruitt

Pruitt, Mary V. Ocala - Mary V. Pruitt, 73, passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at her home. Born in Beckley, West Virginia, she moved to Ocala in 1943. She was an active member at Ocala Baptist Temple. She is survived by her sons Ricky Pruitt of Ocala and Ted Pruitt of Ocala; brother Al Hoke of Richmond, Va; sister Jackie Lewis of Ocala; two grandchildren Shane Pruitt and Brandy Scott; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Pruitt. A graveside service will be held at 3 pm on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Millwood Cemetery in Reddick with Pastor David Chaffin officiating.
