Obituary of Dennis Rahn

Rahn, Dennis R. Dennis R. Rahn, 64, of Salt Springs passed away Nov. 16, 2008 at his residence. Dennis was born in St. Joseph, MO and was the son of Don Rahn and the late Juanita Rahn. He moved to Salt Springs in 1971 with his loving wife of 40 years. He was a professional bass fishing guide whom took great pleasure in watching his clients catch big bass. Even when not guiding his clients you would find him on the lakes fishing with his wife, son, son-in-law, grandson or friends. During the winter months, he would enjoy hunting in Georgia and spending time with his friends there. He also was a very loving and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife Patty Rahn, Salt Springs, a daughter, Nicole (Ray) Kelley, Ocala, son, Bobby Rahn, Palatka; 3 daughters, Kelly (Paul) Robreau, Shelley Brant, Sharee Brant all of St. Joseph, MO. Grandchildren; Stephanie, Gabrielle and Ethan Kelley of Ocala; Bryce and Tyler Rahn of Palatka, Michael Filley and Christine Stratton, Nathan and Bryson Brant, A.J. Bielby and Ashton Gravely all of St. Joseph, MO.; 3 great grandchildren Seth, Sage and Skyy Stratton of St. Joseph, MO. Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, Ocala in charge of arrangements.
