Obituary of Arthur Botzenmayer

BOTZENMAYER, SR. ARTHUR HOWARD Ocala - Arthur Howard Botzenmayer, Sr., 79, passed away Nov. 28, 2008. He was born in Staten Island, NY and moved to Ocala in 1971 from Massapequa, NY. He was a Retired Director of Purchasing, for Bear Archery Co. He was a member of Ocala Elks Club, Moose Club, a Scout Master of the Boy Scouts of America, and member of the German-American Club of Marion County. He is survived by his wife, Ann A. Botzenmayer, his son, Arthur H. Botzenmayer, Jr., his sister, Marion Powell, of Queens, NY, brothers Richard Botzenmayer, of Malverne, L.I., NY, Kenneth Botzenmayer, of Sussex, NJ, Grandchildren, Brandy and David. Arthur was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Charles, Dorothy, Gloria, Daniel and Joann. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Thursday, December 4, 2008, with Services at 11:00 AM, on Friday December 5, 2008 at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. Interment will be at Florida National Cemetery at 1:00 PM on Friday December 5, 2008.
