Obituary of Maurice Kimball

Maurice Eugene Kimball, 86, died at his residence January 5, 2009. He was born in Clear Lake, Iowa and moved to this area from Miami 15 years ago. Mr. Kimball was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Candler and a member of the Candler VFW. He was a retired accountant for Matson Surety in Miami. Mr. Kimball was a veteran WW II serving in the United States Army. He was involved in the D-Day invasion. He is survived by his son, James Kimball; daughters, Barbara Quinn and Joan Parsons,; brother, Jack Kimball; sister, Marilyn Fischer; 4 granddaughters and 5 great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his wife, Beatrice A. Kimball.
