Obituary of Harvey Staley

STALEY, HARVEY J. Ocala - Harvey J. Staley, 85, passed away on Jan. 7, 2009 in Ocala as a result of an automobile accident. He retired from the U. S. Air Force in 1970 with the rank of Lt. Colonel after serving in WWII as a bomber pilot and also served during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church of Ocala. He is survived by his son, Michael Staley of Ocala, his daughter, Mary Cleland and son-in-law, Tommy Cleland of Ocala, his sister, Mattie Lee Jackson of Asheboro, NC, his grandchildren, Amy Jo Smith, Kyle Staley, David Cleland, Ethan Cleland and Joanna Cleland and his great granddaughter, Marissa Prendes.
