Obituary of Margie C. Brown

Margie C. Brown, age 75, of Summerfield, FL passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2009. She was born in Winston-Salem, NC on February 18, 1933. Margie moved to Marion County from Winston Salem, NC in 1967. She worked as a Teacher’s Aide at Emerald Shores Elementary School. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Summerfield for 40 years. Her hobbies included making jewelry, gardening and ceramic painting. Mrs. Brown is survived by her sons Ricky, Ronald and Charles Brown; daughter Billie Jo Hatfield; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Ray L. Brown to whom she was married for 40 years. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Crum Cemetery, Summerfield.
