Obituary of Carol Ann Nelson

Carol Ann Nelson passed away at Shands of UF in Gainesville, on March 9, 2009. Carol was born in Pittsburgh, PA in 1937. Carol loved the Lord and was of Baptist faith. Survivors include a daughter Margot Maddox of Chiefland, son Shawn Nelson of West Palm Beach; grandchildren Chris Kendall of Jacksonville, Brittany Minor of West Palm Beach; sisters Susan Richardson of Trenton, Margot Leach of Mechanicsville, VA, and Margaret Ann Laflamme of Jupiter; and brother Jimmy Milligan of Lake Worth, FL. Funeral service will be held Friday, March 13, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services with Rev. Emanuel Harris officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
