Obituary of Marie Johnson

JOHNSON, MARIE A. Ocala - Marie A. Johnson, 82, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, March 15, 2009 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Greer, SC and was Office Manager for Ellzey's Plumbing for over 30 years. She was a member of Wyomina Park Baptist Church and enjoyed the love of family, outdoors, gardening and her animals. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and was very dedicated to her immediate family,her extended family, her church and to many friends throughout her lifetime. She is survived by her loving children, Debbie Welch of Marietta, GA, Barbara Johnson of Ocala, Michael Johnson of Spartanburg, SC, Donald W. Johnson and wife Sandra of Orlando and John W. Johnson and wife Kim of Ocala, her twelve grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles in 2003. Funeral services will be on Saturday, March 21, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Wyomina Park Baptist Church with Pastor Bob King officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 PM at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services, 910 E. Silver Springs Blvd., Ocala. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park.
