Obituary of Holly Marie (Lynch) Denton

Holly Marie (Lynch) Denton, 47 of Ocala, Florida, passed away on October 16, 2022, in Orlando, Florida, due to Ovarian cancer.

Holly completed 12 years of school and obtained her AA degree.

She began her career path as a cashier with Publix, from there to the restaurant business as a hostess, waitress, and bartender; and from there studied to become a realtor and achieved that goal in her early twenties. She was very compassionate and enjoyed meeting and helping people purchase their dream home. She never met a stranger and loved being with people. She traveled with various Real Estate Companies within the United States and was an agent with Remax Premier Realty, Team Grace, with her professional partner Nic Warnken in Ocala, Florida, at the end of her professional journey.

Holly had a very strong faith and loved God and Jesus first and foremost and loved talking to people about them no matter where she was or what she was doing. She said at the age of 4, when asked “what do you want to be when you grow up” and her answer was “a mommy”. At the age of 41, on October 20th, 2016, she was blessed with the love of her life, her daughter, Gracie Marie, and she was Holly’s world from that day forward. Holly attended various churches and loved Brick City Church with Pastor Brad Nelson (was the lead pastor).

She also sponsored two children from Haiti for several years and had hoped to meet them one day.

Holly’s additional passions were being with her family and friends, her love of Christian music, food, and cooking. Her favorite holiday is Christmas, celebrating the birth of Jesus and then showering her Gracie with gifts and family celebration. She became ill in June of 2018 and was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in December 2018. She fought as hard as anyone could fight for almost five years, battling the cancer beast. A true warrior in every way possible with the prayer she would win. But God had other plans for her, and she was blessed with her Angel Wings on her 47th birthday, October 16, 2022, @ 4:22am.

She is preceded in death by her Grandfather Jake H. Tillman, Grandmother Loretta D. Tillman, Grandfather Marshall Lynch, Grandmother Patricia Lynch, Uncles Ronald and James Tillman, and cousin Matthew Tillman.
