Obituary of Linda M. Naeyaert

Linda M. Naeyaert passed away on March 4, 2022. She was 78 years old. Her parents were Dorothy L. Goebel and Lester M. (Buck) Goebel. She was born in Indianapolis, IN; lived in New Jersey before moving to Florida in the 1970s.

She is survived by her son John C. Koeck, and daughter Kimber L. Koeck; sisters Sondra L. Gillette and Marsha L. Foley, brother Brian B. Goebel; husband Raymond G. Naeyaert, stepchildren, nieces and nephews.

Linda was a dance instructor, owned an auto body shop, was a museum curator, worked in real estate, and was a lab technician at FDOT for 20 years before retiring.

Linda had a larger-than-life personality. She had a knack for turning the ordinary or mundane into something fun and exciting. She loved to cook and entertain. She enjoyed creative projects and made beautiful porcelain dolls, designed and made their clothing. She was involved in rally and obedience training with her Brussels Griffons.

After a difficult year, Linda was happy and excited about starting the next chapter of her life. She just had a different plan.
