Obituary of Dr. Gerald Davis

Dr. Gerald Davis, 91, of Ocala, FL passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021. Dr. Davis was born in Providence, RI and lived in Miami, FL for many years. He served in the US Army in the post Korean era. He moved to Ocala in 1999. He was a Podiatrist in Miami before his retirement in 1997. Gerald was a member of the Antique Automobile Club of America, and collected many automobiles including his favorite, the Packard. Dr. Davis also enjoyed growing and spreading his fond affection for amaryllis flowers.

Dr. Davis is survived by his wife of 60 years, Estelle Davis of Ocala, 2 sons; Steven (Erin) Davis of Winston-Salem, NC, and Rick Davis of Sacramento, CA, and 2 grandchildren; Ryan and Connor.

Graveside services will be 1:30pm on Tuesday, June 1st, 2021, at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
