Obituary of Marjorie Jean Crull

Marjorie Jean Crull, 97, of Warren, Indiana, died at 6:40 pm, Friday, April 17, 2020 at Heritage Pointe in Warren.  She was born December 25, 1922 in Huntington County, Indiana to Joseph O. and Verda M. (Briner) Weddle.

Marjorie was a 1941 graduate of Clear Creek High School in Huntington County. She married Lester J. Crull in Covington, Kentucky on May 26, 1941; he died June 3, 2009. Marjorie was a homemaker, avid sewer, seamstress, and baker. She attended the Church of the Brethren in Huntington County, and was a recorded artist with her church choir in 1950.  Marjorie lived in Huntington County until her retirement, and then moved to Ocala, Florida. She enjoyed gardening and the Freshwater Fish Aquarium, but her passion was her family.  According to her family, Marjorie was the best example of a mother and a homemaker.  

She is survived by her daughter, Martha "Ann" Weddle of Bethlehem, Georgia, 8 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.  Along with her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Ronda Lynn Perkins who died in 2003, two brothers, and one sister.

Services will be held at a later date in Ocala, Florida. Entombment will be in Highland Memorial Park in Ocala. Arrangements were held by Grandstaff-Hentgen Bender Chapel, 207 W. Main Street, North Manchester, Indiana and Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services in Ocala, Florida.
