Born in Norfolk, VA January 10, 1949; died in The Villages, FL April 26, 2019.  He is survived by his beloved wife Melody of The Villages; daughter Michelle (Patrick) Kline of Sharon, WI; grandchildren Michael Wiseman, and Kelly Kline; great-granddaughters Shealynn and Sharia; father Julian Kelly of The Villages, FL; brothers Jeffrey, Keith, and Kevin.
