Obituary of Raymond George Hathaway Sr.

Raymond George Hathaway, 98, of Ocala, Florida passed away June 29, 2018 at Brookdale Canopy Oaks, Ocala, Florida.  He was the husband of the late Charlotte R. Hathaway who preceded him in 2011.

Ray was born on August 30, 1919 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania a son of the late Frederick and Wilhelmina (Dewalt) Hathaway. Prior to his retirement he worked for the railroad.  He was a veteran of the US Army serving during World War II.

Raymond is survived by sons, Raymond George Hathaway Jr. and his wife, Debbie of Ocala, FL, Harry W Hathaway and his wife, Dayna of Beaver, PA.  He had 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
