Obituary of Carleton Wesley Gerlach

Carleton Wesley “Speedy” Gerlach, 76, of Belleview, FL, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018. Speedy was born in Sparta, Illinois to Gilbert and Flora Mae Gerlach and has lived in Marion county since 2013. He was a motorcycle mechanic and father of two children; Cory Gerlach(now deceased) and Robin Parmer. He was a longtime member of the Outlaw’s Motorcycle Club. He loved motorcycles, kids, and animals, especially JD. Speedy was loved and respected by all that knew him. He is survived by his daughter Robin Parmer of Michigan, his grandchildren Kristy Orman and Sharon Parmer, and great grandchildren Caleb Orman, Devon Orman, Alex Orman, and Liam Orman. A funeral gathering and celebration of life will be held on Friday, July 6th at the Outlaw’s Clubhouse at 2131 Magnolia in Ocala starting at noon.
